Hi, I’m Reagen
Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach with a master’s degree in Psychology and a background as an international softball player and former college coach. I specialize in helping athletes build strength, speed, and mental resilience through holistic, sport-specific training. My mission is to empower players to elevate their game—physically and mentally, both on and off the field.


Introducing:
Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
Next session is from June 8th - July 31st. This program is designed to help female athletes build the strength, speed, power, and endurance needed to perform at their highest level. Each session combines strength and conditioning with performance strategies that develop both body and mind. Athletes will improve explosiveness, agility, confidence, resilience, and overall athletic performance while becoming stronger, faster, and more competitive in their sport.
