Certified Personal Trainer
and Performance Coach
Reagen Radke graduated from Grayslake Central High School in 2017 as a decorated athlete, and she continued her athletic career at the collegiate level, where she was named All-Conference, Newcomer of the Year, Academic All-American, and Runner-Up in the NAIA World Series.
After college, Reagen served as the pitching coach at Indiana Wesleyan University before being recruited to play softball internationally. While overseas, she held every pitching stat in Belgium, led the country in home runs, and became a European Cup Gold Medalist. She also served as the pitching coach for the Belgian National Team, gaining experience coaching athletes from all backgrounds and performance levels.
In addition to her playing and coaching career, Reagen has been a personal trainer for over five years, with a deep focus on athletic development and injury prevention. Her passion lies in helping young athletes feel empowered on the field, and in their bodies. With a master's degree in psychology and a specialty in performance coaching, she integrates mental training into physical conditioning to build confidence, strength, and resilience. In 2024, Reagen was honored with induction into the Grayslake Central Hall of Fame for her coaching and athletic achievements.
My Vision
My vision is to create a training environment where athletes not only grow stronger and more skilled, but also learn to prioritize their mental health, develop healthy coping strategies for stress, and build a lifelong appreciation for taking care of their bodies. Through gratitude, intentional movement, and safe, effective training, I aim to empower athletes to thrive both in and beyond their sport.
